Job Description

Iyuno is a global entertainment technology and localization company that serves the world’s leading entertainment studios in dubbing, subtitling, and media services. We are looking for meticulous and detail-oriented freelancers to assist with transcription and dialogue preparation for localization and dubbing projects. This role entails accurately transcribing spoken dialogue from video content, labeling lines with character names, and ensuring synchronization for post-production workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in transcription for media, dubbing, or localization projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify speaker changes and dialogue nuances
• Basic understanding of audio/video synchronization
• Ability to edit, cut, and merge dialogue segments accurately
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• Experience working with scripts or time-coded transcriptions for dubbing or subtitling
• Understanding of localization workflows and production pipelines

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe all spoken dialogue from video content, labeling each line with character names
• Edit and synchronize transcriptions to match video timing accurately
• Cut and merge dialogues as required to ensure natural pacing and alignment
• Maintain consistency and quality standards

Conditions

• This is a freelance position with no limitation as to location.
• Payment is made via PayPal or Payoneer within 30 days of receiving the original invoice.
