Mixing & Mastering – Vocal + Guitar (Raw & Minimalist Sound)

I am looking for a sound engineer to mix and master 5-10 tracks, each consisting of a single vocal and a single acoustic guitar recording. I’m going for a raw, intimate and honest sound, so I’d prefer a focus on clarity and warmth.
I don’t want it to sound too wide or polished – the vocal should feel close, natural and emotional, and the guitar should feel organic rather than processed.

I’m going for a very intimate, minimal, almost “in the same room” feeling. The vocal should feel close and emotional, not heavily compressed or polished. The guitar should sound natural and warm, not too wide. Small imperfections are okay – I want it to feel human and honest.

The exported tracks will be provided as separate WAV files for vocals and guitar through a ZIP file. I recorded the songs in one take, so the guitar might be heard through the mic for vocals in some tracks, even though it’s recorded through jack on a focusrite. There is also background static sometimes, but it is minor compared to the music itself.

I would like to receive both your approach/references and your pricing for mixing and mastering either 5 or 10 songs. The ideal delivery would be within 2-3 weeks, but there is no firm deadline. The style is Indie Folk / Acoustic Rock, and I have provided examples to help clarify the required sound.

I would like to have 1-2 minor revisions to make sure the style is as intended. I know it’s just two tracks, but I’d like both the stereo master and stems. I can pay a small extra fee if needed.

All rights to the original recordings remain with me. The mix/master is done for hire, and I retain full ownership.

I’m a 28 year old guy from Denmark who wants to release his first record. I work as a music teacher at FGU, where I try to help the students in various aspects of music, including performance, theory, and creative projects.
