Customer Relations Representative
KRON Development is a software development company based in Osaka, Japan. We are seeking a part-time remote Customer Relations Representative to engage with customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues. The role includes delivering excellent customer service, handling support, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining clear communication. The candidate will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services and products. Ideal applicants are fluent in English, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and preferably have experience in software development or similar roles. A Bachelor’s degree is required and experience within the development industry is beneficial. You must be able to work independently and remotely.
