Job Description
The role involves creating and editing audiobooks using tools such as Canva, BandLap, and text-to-speech technology. Responsibilities also include drafting and finalizing Google Slides for citizenship and ESL lessons, designing bilingual Instagram stories and posts that promote Bronx Bilingüe courses, books, and YouTube lessons, and adding music, pacing, and light sound effects to ensure professional audio quality. It is essential to ensure that all materials are bilingual (English–Spanish), accurate, and consistent with Bronx Bilingüe’s branding. The position requires collaboration with the supervisor to meet weekly project goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva, BandLap, and text-to-speech tools.
- Experience in drafting and creating educational materials, particularly in Google Slides.
- Ability to design engaging bilingual content for social media.
- Understanding of audio editing to enhance audiobooks with music and sound effects.
- Strong attention to detail regarding bilingual accuracy and branding consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
