Fashion Designer – Scandinavian Alpaca Knitwear Line

AUKRA Concept is developing a premium knitwear capsule collection inspired by Nordic minimalism and crafted from Peruvian alpaca wool. We are seeking a fashion designer with a refined aesthetic sense and experience in knitwear design to help shape the visual and technical foundation of the collection. This role is focused on design and creative development, including moodboards and final tech packs ready for production. You will work closely with our founder to define silhouettes, textures, and colors that embody Scandinavian simplicity and timeless quality.

You will be responsible for creating initial concepts and moodboards, developing 3–5 detailed garment designs (such as cardigans, sweaters, scarves, gloves), preparing technical sketches/flats and specification sheets, suggesting optimal yarn types and knit structures for alpaca, and ensuring that each design is production-ready and aligns with AUKRA’s minimalist, luxurious style standards. Proficiency in knitwear design, strong understanding of Scandinavian aesthetics, skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CLO3D, and familiarity with natural and sustainable materials are desired. The collaboration will be remote, project-based, and compensation is negotiable based on experience and portfolio.
