Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week) Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day within client business hours.

Client timezone: EST.

We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, creative flair, and hands-on experience managing ad performance to drive measurable results. This role involves strategic campaign planning, audience targeting, creative development, and performance reporting to support brand growth and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and targeting optimization to maximize ROI.
• Develop ad creatives and messaging that align with each platform’s best practices.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad visuals and copy align with brand tone and objectives.
• Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Solid understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
• Experience creating and optimizing ad creatives for performance and engagement.
• Ability to manage budgets efficiently and achieve cost-per-result targets.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
