As part of the Digital team, you’ll join a group dedicated to defining and delivering a world-class digital journey for Aston Martin’s global audience — across CRM, website, app, and connected services. Reporting to the Global Head of Digital & Growth, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how customers experience our brand online, helping to translate the spirit of Aston Martin into every interaction. Our digital estate is award-winning, testament to the hard work that has been undertaken, and we want to continue to be the world’s best. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work between our iconic Gaydon headquarters and from home, blending creative collaboration with focused independent design.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design concepts and user journeys effectively.
• Design intuitive, user-centred interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.
• Develop visually striking layouts and digital assets aligned with Aston Martin’s brand and design standards.
• Use Figma and related tools to design, collaborate, and iterate efficiently.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.
• Write supporting microcopy and UI text that elevates the user experience.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Have an understanding of the latest tools and technologies in the UX and UI space that can be applied and adapted to the work that we do to drive innovation and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

• Creative problem-solver with proven experience as a UX Designer and a portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and beautiful execution.
• Ability to transform complex ideas into simple, elegant user experiences that feel effortless.
• Skilled in wireframing and prototyping across web and mobile, blending technical understanding with a strong instinct for user engagement.
• Strong collaboration skills, with clear communication and the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Understanding of how to bring a brand to life in the digital space, ensuring every interaction feels authentic and on point.
• Creative thinking beyond visuals, with a focus on journeys, emotions, and impact.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Marvel, or InVision, with fluidity across tools to design, iterate, and deliver.
• A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge the gap between design vision and technical reality.
