If you’re ready to be part of something bold and transformational, this is the role for you!

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious designer who’s excited to make their mark in performance-driven advertising. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in an agency environment.

  • 1-3 years experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • 1 year experience with motion graphics.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
  • Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, and Heatmapping.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. You must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, and have reliable internet access.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

Benefits

  • Set living wage; Annual base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 USD.
  • Medical, dental, vision plans, disability, and life insurance coverage for you and your family.
  • Mental health support including access to therapists and a membership to Headspace.
  • Physical health support including physical therapy and wellness programs.
  • Unlimited PTO with a 2-week minimum, paid company holidays, and End of Year Recharge.
  • Traditional and Roth 401(k) with a 3% company match.
  • Annual bonus based on tenure, which scales over time.
