Carousel, a fintech platform based in Montreal, is seeking a Senior Web & Graphic Designer to take full ownership of its marketing website and visual identity. The company helps American and Canadian businesses streamline applicant onboarding through modular digital workflows that collect identity and financial data quickly and securely. You will be responsible for managing the brand’s visual identity, designing and maintaining the marketing site with Framer, and collaborating closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams. The position is fully onsite in Montreal, and you’ll be expected to create digital campaign assets, social media graphics, and other branding materials while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, and web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) is required. A strong portfolio, background working with growth marketing teams, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. The company is ready to hire, and the role is a full-time contract. You’ll join a passionate small team in a collaborative setting, with the opportunity to help shape creative direction as the company grows.
