Job Description

Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Sydney-based team. Reporting to the Director of Digital & Data, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving direct online bookings through the strategic management of digital marketing campaigns, optimisation of booking funnels, and delivery of compelling digital content across our platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise in paid media, conversion optimisation and digital content strategy to one of Australia’s most iconic tourism brands.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management, conversion optimisation and content production. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. To be successful, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), Content Management Systems (e.g., Kentico), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with UX/UI principles is highly advantageous
