OpenStack Developer Integration [Searching]
Cloud Developer is needed in Beirut, Lebanon.
We are a distributed cloud company that has developed an integrated Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform for enterprises. Our solution enables easy management of compute, storage, and network resources, complemented by comprehensive observability and monitoring across a full suite of system and application metrics.
We are looking for an experienced OpenStack Developer to join our team for a full-time position onsite in Beirut (Lebanon) to help us extend and deepen the integration of OpenStack components within our enterprise client portal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenStack APIs, Horizon customization, Prometheus/Grafana integration, and OpenTelemetry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and enhance integrations between our enterprise portal and OpenStack services (primarily based on Horizon and related APIs).
– Extend and customize the Horizon dashboard to incorporate new management and monitoring functionalities.
– Integrate and optimize data pipelines with Prometheus and Grafana for advanced metric visualization and alerting.
– Implement OpenTelemetry instrumentation to provide unified observability across the platform.
– Contribute to system design, documentation, and performance optimization of the overall platform.
Required Skills and Experience
– Strong proficiency with OpenStack services and APIs (e.g., Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, Swift, Horizon).
– Proven experience in Horizon plugin development or customization.
– Experience integrating monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
– Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Budget range:
Up to $2,500 monthly
