We’re excited to announce a bold new expansion within the Directive family: the launch of a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. This new venture will offer a distinct identity within our established brand, built to push the boundaries of social media marketing for B2B clients. We’re looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious designer who’s excited to make their mark in performance-driven advertising. You’ll bring ideas to life across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, crafting visuals that stop the scroll and drive results. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, experiment, and showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment where design directly impacts business outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• 1-3 years experience in graphic design, focusing on performance-driven creative and CRO.
• 1 year experience with motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and experience designing for performance-driven campaigns.

Benefits

We have a set living wage at Abe; the annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is $70,000- $80,000 USD. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Abe’s compensation practices, job-related skills, and depth of experience.

Work Environment Requirements

This is a remote-first position that allows you to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to use our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. Must have reliable internet access and remain stationary for extended periods while communicating effectively with project management and stakeholders.
