I am looking for a skilled digital marketer to help drive sales for my ebook using my YouTube Shorts channel, which currently garners 500,000 monthly views. The main objective is to transform this short-form video traffic into regular digital product sales by building an effective content-to-conversion system. You will be responsible for developing strategies to attract attention, engage viewers, and convert them into buyers without using aggressive or spammy tactics. The role includes executing a marketing strategy to increase ebook sales through YouTube Shorts, optimizing short-form content for maximum engagement, creating or refining calls-to-action and bio links, analyzing key metrics to suggest improvements, and collaborating on ad copy, hooks, and psychological angles that convert. Experience with YouTube Shorts or TikTok marketing and a strong background in selling digital products or ebooks are highly preferred. I am open to performance-based or commission-based payment.
