We are seeking a part-time Front-End Developer to join Sens Spectra Limited and help build the Bridge Health App, a next-generation digital health platform. The app provides clinical education, tissue and regenerative-medicine R&D support, workforce upskilling, donor and community engagement through consent-based messaging, as well as analytics. The role involves translating specs and Figma designs into responsive and accessible user interfaces for clinicians, researchers, and communities. You will be responsible for working on key product areas such as clinical education modules, R&D tools, skills tracking, consent-based messaging, analytics, and the component design system. Responsibilities include improving Core Web Vitals, implementing robust testing, enforcing design tokens and accessibility standards, building secure and privacy-conscious user flows, and collaborating with product, design, clinical, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience with React (or similar frameworks), TypeScript, strong state management, and accessibility skills, and is comfortable working remotely and across time zones. Familiarity with Next.js, data visualizations, single sign-on, learning tool integrations (xAPI, LTI), and healthcare compliance is a plus.
