Social Media and Content Executive

Content Creator is needed in United Arab Emirates.

We are Fizabelle, a purpose-driven period care startup based in the UAE, delivering high-quality organic cotton pads via subscription boxes. Our mission is to empower women and fight period poverty in the MENA region through our Buy One, Give One model. We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Executive to help us expand our online presence and build a community that cares. The role will start with developing a differentiated social and content strategy for Instagram and TikTok, including defining the brand voice, visual direction, content pillars, and boosting strategy. You will conduct market research and trend analysis to inform our approach. On an ongoing basis, you will create and plan content calendars, produce 9–12 posts a month, shoot and edit short-form videos, design graphics, write engaging captions, and manage both IG and TikTok accounts. You will lead influencer outreach, co-create influencer content, support paid ad campaigns, and prepare monthly analytics reports. You should be familiar with UAE social culture and trends, and comfortable working independently.
