Job Title: One-Page Website Developer (Freelance / Short-Term Project)

Location: Miami, Beach, FL

Project Type: Contract / Freelance

We’re seeking an experienced website developer to design and build a modern, mobile-friendly one-page website for our company. The goal is to create a clean, professional online presence that highlights our services and contact information.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a responsive one-page website (WordPress, Wix, or custom HTML/CSS).
• Incorporate branding elements, visuals, and basic SEO setup.
• Ensure fast load speed and compatibility across all devices.
• Connect contact forms and basic analytics (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Provide post-launch support for minor updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing professional one-page websites.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or website builders like WordPress/Wix/Squarespace.
• Eye for clean design and user-friendly layouts.
• Ability to complete projects on time and communicate effectively.
• Portfolio or examples of past one-page websites required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.

Timeline & Compensation

• Project start: November 10, 2025.
• Expected completion: November 24, 2025.
• Budget: $1,500-$2,000
• Bonus: A $500 completion bonus will be awarded if the project is completed within the agreed-upon timeline and meets quality expectations.
