The company produces a variety of videos aimed at a young audience through animation and machinima. They are seeking Freelance 2D Animators to join their creative team for animation and gaming channels.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, and Character Animator
• Foreground animation skills with a strong understanding of composition, color theory, light, and form
• Ability to adapt to various workflows and maintain established style formats per channel
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and time management skills
• Comfortable meeting deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• A strong connection to nerd culture

Responsibilities

• Rig characters for animation
• Design characters, text, and backgrounds
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow
• Storyboard episodes
• Hand animate specific scenes
• Occasionally aid in voice over for extra characters
• Occasionally assist in acting
