Sensitive, intelligent interpretation of my piano accompaniments with any appropriate improvements

I am a composer of short 2 - 3 minute pieces for Alto Recorder and Piano. At the moment, I can only produce the piano accompaniment I write from Sibelius. I want to create much nicer expressive piano accompaniments in light music genre and pop-rock. I am looking to hire a pianist who is a good reader, a sensitive and intelligent interpreter, and who has a specific interest in my project. I would appreciate it if you could bring any appropriate improvements to the piano parts and help them achieve a more expressive sound.
