Job Description

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions that integrate with Salesforce and Go-To-Market (GTM) ecosystems. This role involves owning the full AI development lifecycle from model design to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration into Salesforce workflows. The position is hands-on, requiring collaboration with product, data, and GTM operations teams to implement cutting-edge AI capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and ML solutions for Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
• Build and operationalize custom AI models for predictive analytics, NLP, and generative AI.
• Engineer robust data pipelines and ETL processes for AI model training and inference.
• Implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for continuous training and deployment.
• Extend Salesforce functionality through Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for new AI models and Salesforce integrations.
• Leverage Salesforce Einstein AI and AI Cloud for predictive scoring and intelligent automation.
• Integrate external AI services and LLMs into Salesforce environments.
• Work with Salesforce administrators and DevOps teams to ensure AI application performance and security.
• Optimize AI model performance and cost efficiency using cloud-native infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in AI and Salesforce.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, data science, or Salesforce software development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience integrating AI models into Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, containerization, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Passionate about exploring new AI frameworks and Salesforce AI innovations.

Other Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and middleware platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, and prompt engineering.
• Deep experience with data engineering practices.
• Proficiency in building microservices and API-driven architectures.
• Understanding of AIOps, MLOps, and DataOps best practices.
• Experience deploying AI workloads on cloud AI platforms.
• Familiarity with various Salesforce AI tools and functionalities.
