Job Description

We are a content agency specializing in coffee shops and bakeries across the United States. Our mission is to help cafés and bakeries grow through warm, aesthetic, storytelling-driven short-form content. We are expanding and building a nationwide network of videographers who love capturing café culture, latte art, pastries, cozy moments, and lifestyle vibes. In this role, you will film short-form content (Reels-style) inside cafés and bakeries, capturing aesthetic drink pours, latte art, shots of pastries, barista workflow, interior atmosphere clips, and candid lifestyle moments. Typical shoots are approximately 3-5 hours long.

Responsibilities

• Film assigned cafés/bakeries in your city
• Capture shots according to our creative direction
• Deliver clean, organized footage on time
• Communicate professionally with our team

Requirements

• Must own a professional camera (no phone-only shooters)
• 6+ months filming experience
• Portfolio or sample work required
• Reliable transportation
• Familiarity with short-form content styles

If you have strong camera skills but are newer to short-form, you can still apply – we value talent and potential.

Compensation

• $22-$30 per hour
• Paid per shoot (average shoot: ~3-5 hours)
• Frequency of work increases with performance & reliability

Job Type: Contract

Base Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
