Mojo aims to address this by being the world’s first AI Sex & Relationship Therapist, making expert psychological support accessible when it is needed the most.

You will work closely with the founder, report to our Marketing Director, and take ownership of Mojo’s visual brand across all channels. As an early-stage startup, you will have autonomy to shape your role and make a significant impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing high-performing Meta ads and social media content that drives acquisition and engagement
• Creating on-brand graphics for website landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• Collaborating with product to ensure brand consistency across the app experience
• Developing and maintaining brand guidelines as we scale
• Iterating quickly based on performance data and user feedback
• Exploring new visual directions to keep the brand fresh and distinctive

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you are:

• A skilled designer with 3+ years of experience in brand design
• Proficient and enjoy working in Figma
• Confident working across digital channels—especially web, social, and paid
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
• Based in New York or London and able to work from our office 2 days per week
• Compassionate, empathetic, and understanding, with a genuine interest in mental health
• Able to keep up-to-date with the latest tools and trends
