Job Description

We are a Japanese restaurant in Metairie looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to help grow our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot short videos and photos in the restaurant (food, atmosphere, behind-the-scenes)
• Edit videos (Reels / TikTok style)
• Write captions and post consistently
• Collaborate on creative ideas for events and promotions

Requirements

• Good aesthetic sense & understanding of social media trends
• Able to shoot & edit with phone or basic camera
• Reliable & consistent (long-term collaboration)
• Must be local to New Orleans (on-site shooting required)

Work Schedule

Flexible, part-time

Pay Structure

• Base Retainer: $550/month (guaranteed)
• Performance Bonus: up to $250/month if content and engagement goals are met

Performance Bonus Conditions: (any one of the following):

1. Social media follower growth ≥ 300 per month

2. At least 2 videos with 5,000+ views each

3. Consistent posting for 4 consecutive weeks (videos + photos + captions)

Total potential earnings: $550–$800/month
