Requirements

Experience:

• Good command of English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in content writing or copywriting across various formats (blogs, articles, social media).
• Strong proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with AP style guidelines as well as the Chicago Manual of Style is essential.
• Excellent research abilities to support fact-based writing.
• Proficiency in word processing software and content management systems (CMS).
• A portfolio showcasing your writing samples that demonstrate versatility in style and tone.
• Experience in creative writing or journalism is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities

• Create compelling articles, blog posts, and marketing copy that align with our brand’s messaging and goals.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and depth in all content produced.
• Edit and proofread your work as well as others’ to maintain high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
• Fact-check all information to uphold credibility and trustworthiness in our communications.
• Write proposals and technical documents as needed, ensuring clarity and precision in complex subjects.
• Utilize effective communication skills to present ideas clearly during team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
