Job Description

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and more. Our culture emphasizes fun and community service while committing to excellence in our products and customer experience. We are seeking professional, reliable, and talented “Media Pros” to represent our brand and achieve high-quality results in media capture. The position offers flexible hours, with the potential to increase photography and media experience. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each property taking between 40-90 minutes to capture. The role is part-time independent contracting, compensated per service (photos, video, floor plans, aerials, etc.), with additional compensation for extended travel. Media Pros are responsible for capturing and uploading media, while NDP manages the rest.

Requirements

Experience

We are looking for experienced photographers, videographers, and certified part 107 drone pilots. Real estate photography experience is not required as all Media Pros will receive comprehensive training on NDP’s products.

Other Requirements

• Ability to professionally interact with clients and homeowners.
• Consistent punctuality for scheduled shoots at various locations.
• Professional attire during job assignments.
• Upload media by 9 PM on the day of the shoot.
• Flexible schedule.
• Maintain an updated Google calendar with availability.
• Drive up to 30-40% of the workday.
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards to consistently deliver high-quality products.
• Effective communication with clients throughout the shoot.
• Regular communication with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone.
• Study/test to obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone flying.
• Receive ongoing feedback/training on NDP’s standards of quality and professionalism.

Equipment List

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment for photography shoots. All other necessary equipment for NDP’s products will be supplied by the local owner:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera with a Wide Angle Lens:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with a 16-35mm Lens.
• External (off-camera) flash.
• Tripod and ball head attachment.
• Reliable transportation.
• High-Speed Internet.
