Senior Performance Marketer (Meta Ads + GoHighLevel)Urgent
We are a lead generation agency for local contractors in industries like roofing, flooring, painting, windows, and concrete. We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketer skilled in Meta Ads and GoHighLevel to join our team full-time on a contract basis. The ideal candidate must have 2–4+ years of hands-on experience generating leads on Meta platforms for local service businesses, not just e-commerce. Strong proficiency in building and managing GoHighLevel accounts, including surveys, funnels, calendars, pipelines, and automations, is required. Daily responsibilities include setting up Facebook infrastructure and campaigns, writing ad copy, testing creatives, optimizing performance, and managing reporting and CRM data. The role is fully remote but requires working Mountain Time hours (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM). Excellent English communication is essential. Bonus skills include experience with UTMs, basic CRO, Canva/CapCut, and Google Sheets.
