Looking for Organic Growth Hacker for Spirituality TikTokUrgent
We are seeking a hands-on growth hacker or marketer to focus on the organic and revenue growth of a spirituality-focused TikTok account that already has thousands of followers. The content creation for TikTok is already taken care of; your main responsibility will be to drive organic growth and increase revenue for the channel across three revenue streams: monthly group subscriptions, one-time readings, and 3-month course packages. The objective is to grow the TikTok account to 100K followers and achieve monthly revenue targets including 200 group subscribers, 35-45 readings, and 3-6 course packages per quarter. This is an ongoing monthly role that involves running growth experiments, testing new strategies, and optimizing funnels. You will not be responsible for creating TikTok videos, cold messaging followers, using fake engagement or bots, or simply posting content without active growth management.
