Job Description

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and much more. We pride ourselves on having a fun culture and serving our communities while committing to excellence in both product quality and customer experience. We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and talented “Media Pros” to join our growing team. The position offers flexible hours and opportunities to expand photography and media experience. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each property taking between 40-90 minutes to complete. This part-time independent contractor role compensates on a per-service basis and offers additional compensation for extended travels. Media Pros are responsible for capturing and uploading media, while NDP manages additional tasks.

Requirements

Experience

Looking for experienced photographers, videographers, and certified part 107 drone pilots. Real estate photography experience is not required, as full training will be provided for all products offered by NDP.

• Ability to interact professionally with clients and homeowners
• Consistent punctuality for scheduled shoots in various locations
• Professional attire during job assignments
• Ability to upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot
• Flexible schedule
• Maintain an up-to-date Google calendar with availability
• Drive 30-40% of the workday
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards for high-quality output
• Effective communication with clients throughout the shoot
• Regular communication with Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone
• Ability to study/test for Part 107 certification to fly drones commercially
• Willingness to receive feedback/training regarding NDP standards

The following equipment is required for the Media Pro position:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera with a Wide Angle Lens, such as:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with a 16-35mm Lens
• External (off-camera) flash
• Tripod and ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High-Speed Internet
