Airtable implementation

Database Developer is needed in Belgium.

We are looking for an experienced Airtable specialist to design, implement, and optimize a custom Airtable environment tailored to our organization deAuteurs based in Belgium. The project will start with an intake conversation to align on goals and requirements before moving to focused implementation, with potential follow-up work. The freelancer will set up a custom Airtable system supporting our external communications (member engagement, events, visibility) and back office needs (payouts, administration), provide training sessions so our team is proficient, and integrate plugins to connect Airtable with our existing tools for a seamless workflow. You should have a proven track record in designing and implementing custom Airtable solutions for organizations, knowledge of database design, automation, integration (e.g., Zapier, APIs), and strong communication and training skills. Collaboration, support during rollout, and future improvement recommendations are important parts of the role. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus. The team is creative, supportive, and eager to adopt new systems, and working arrangements can be flexible.
