Literature intelligence pipeline
We are looking for an AI specialist to help analyze a few hundred research articles in the biology field. The goal is to extract all relevant scientific results, place them in the context of the current state-of-the-art, and identify new themes that could be explored further with translational potential. We would like to use AI tools and automation to streamline this process, and need guidance and practical support in creating automation or pipelines. Experience with Python, pandas, API integration, LLM/NLP, and data cleaning and organization is required. The work can be done remotely and should be completed within 1-2 months. The assignment is for a client, the Ruder Boskovic Institute in Zagreb, and will likely last up to a week.
