Hi, I’m reaching out from Outset Studio, where we provide high-quality podcast and video recording spaces. We’re currently exploring ways to innovate beyond traditional preset studio designs by developing a system that allows creators to easily customise and personalise their set environment within our studios. We’re interested in collaborating with a design partner who can help us develop a modular set system with flexible wall, lighting, and furniture components that can be reconfigured quickly. The designs should feature visually distinct yet cohesive themes, adaptable for multiple brands or creator identities, and offer a practical operational setup so studio staff can change looks within a short turnaround time. Integration of digital elements like LED screens, projection, or app-based lighting control for added personalisation is also important. We’re looking to work with someone who has experience in modular or multi-use set design, ideally with examples from studio, event, or broadcast environments, and can balance creative flexibility with production efficiency.
