We’re expanding our contractor network to meet growing demand for high-quality, fast-turnaround SEO projects.

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced SEO Strategists to join our freelance contractor pool for upcoming optimization and content-driven projects. You’ll support a range of client accounts by executing technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives that directly impact organic growth and search performance. This is a project-based, remote, contractor role suited for professionals who are hands-on in SEO tools and comfortable managing deliverables with minimal oversight. Some engagements may require collaboration with our content, web, and analytics teams to align SEO initiatives with broader marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-page optimizations including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, and content refinements.
• Conduct off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest posting, and broken-link reclamation.
• Support technical SEO audits, tag optimization, and crawl analysis in coordination with developers.
• Monitor and analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Prepare SEO reports and surface insights that guide future optimization efforts.
• Maintain organized documentation of SEO tasks, findings, and next steps.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and foundational technical SEO.
• Proficiency with GA4, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog (or similar platforms).
• Strong organizational habits and clear communication across async workflows (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace).
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, self-sufficient mindset with a passion for measurable results.
