As an Assistant Producer on College Football, you will work closely with production, design, art, and quality verification teams to create compelling live content that engages gamers.

You will be responsible for building live content designs, often requiring flexible work hours to align with real-world football events. Your role includes translating events into content ideas, developing strategies, managing custom tools, coordinating with teams, designing metrics, and collaborating with Data Science and engineering partners.

Requirements

• Experience in Game Production/Design with a focus on live service games.
• A keen eye for game quality and a strong advocate for end-user experience.
• Avid fan of football with relevant knowledge of the sport.
• Experience with game production tools and software.
• Background in working with remote teams through live product cycles.
• Understanding of core mechanics in Ultimate Team and College Football game modes.
• Proficiency in improving team efficiencies and processes.
• A/B testing knowledge.
• Analytical skills with a strong business acumen.
• Knowledge of in-game economy management and power curve balancing is a plus.
