About The 100 Missions: We’re on a mission — actually 100 of them — to make work, money, and life more accessible for everyone. Each mission tackles a real challenge: from helping young people land their first job to boosting financial confidence and making workplaces kinder and more inclusive.

We’re looking for a Freelance Motion Graphics Video Editor with a passion for social storytelling. You will transform great soundbites or quotes into bold, scroll-stopping visual moments. The role involves crafting dynamic edits for our podcast trailers, teasers, and short-form videos.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and animate short-form podcast trailers and highlight videos.
  • Use DaVinci Resolve Fusion (preferred) or After Effects to build engaging, social-ready animations.
  • Turn spoken-word audio into kinetic, visually rich stories.
  • Blend motion, typography, and rhythm to elevate every frame.
  • Apply colour grading, compositing, and light VFX for polished outputs.
  • Create reusable templates for intros, outros, and branded assets.
  • Edit and adapt content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimise pacing, captions, and formats for each platform.
  • Maintain consistent branding while experimenting with fresh motion trends.
  • Sync audio, visuals, and text to tell stories that pop in the first three seconds.
  • Manage assets and project files in an organised, efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate remotely with producers, designers, and social media leads.
  • Stay current with new motion trends, AI editing tools, and creative workflows.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing motion graphics and animation work — ideally social-first or podcast-driven.
  • Skilled in DaVinci Resolve Studio Fusion (preferred) or Adobe After Effects.
  • Great sense of timing, typography, and sound-based animation.
  • Experience editing podcasts, interviews, or voice-driven content.
  • Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling instincts, and creative curiosity.
  • Ability to manage multiple edits and deadlines independently.

Bonus Points For:

  • Colour grading or audio mixing skills.
  • Experience with 3D or motion tracking.
  • Familiarity with brand motion systems or reusable templates.

Additional Information

What You’ll Get:

  • The chance to shape the visual voice of 100+ real-world social missions.
  • A growing portfolio of high-impact, shareable motion projects.
  • Collaboration with an experienced and supportive creative team.
  • Freedom to work remotely, flexibly, and creatively.
  • Space to experiment, learn, and push your craft further.
