Job Description

Expanding our network of freelance PowerPoint designers to support ongoing, as-needed corporate presentation projects. Liaison Creative + Marketing is looking for expert-level PowerPoint professionals who can create and refine templates, build visually polished decks, and uphold the branding standards of Fortune 500 clients. This is remote, as-needed, project-based work with flexible scheduling – perfect for experienced freelancers who can collaborate during business hours when needed. For over 30 years, Liaison has partnered with high-tech corporate clients from its base in Austin, Texas. We’re proud of our strong reputation, creative excellence, and especially our commitment to fast, reliable freelancer payments (our accountant really doesn’t like invoices sitting on their desk!). US-based freelancers only.

Requirements

• A resume showcasing recent freelance presentation, production, or design work
• A portfolio featuring corporate PowerPoint samples or related design projects
• Demonstrated experience creating PowerPoint templates from brand and identity guidelines
• Please include your hourly freelance rate (or range) in the “How Does This Opportunity Fit You?” section of the application
• Mastery of PowerPoint templates, transitions, and formatting consistency
• Strong communication and project estimation abilities
• Professional client service mindset with same-day response times

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Liaison Project Managers as well as corporate clients to deliver exceptional presentations on time and on brand
• Edit and evolve existing branded templates and presentation decks
• Design clear, visually engaging layouts within established corporate style guidelines
• Create or update informational graphics and visual elements.
• Partner with clients and Liaison teams during business hours for project estimates, launches, and revisions
• While you’ll set your own schedule, project communication and revisions often occur during the regular workday
