Job Description

Reform House is seeking a freelance social media coordinator/content creator to lead the studio’s online presence, from concept to creation. The role involves developing content, managing social media platforms, and shaping the visual and verbal storytelling of the studio. This position is well-suited for a creative individual with a strong aesthetic eye, familiarity with the boutique fitness world, and the ability to translate brand energy into engaging visuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Reform House’s social content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Concept, shoot, and edit content (Reels, photos, behind-the-scenes, instructor features, member spotlights)
• Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, brand clips, behind-the-scenes)
• Capture high-quality photos of the studio, instructors, and clients (with permission)
• Write captions and assist with community engagement (DMs, comments)
• Align all content with brand tone, studio aesthetic, and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate content days with instructors and founders
• Track performance metrics and recommend growth strategies

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brand (or strong portfolio of relevant work)
• Skilled in content creation, short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok), and software such as Canva or Adobe Suite, Capcut, VN, PremierPro, Final Cut
• Understanding of brand storytelling, trends, and analytics
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable leading creative direction
• Located in or near Orange County for occasional on-site content shoots

Additional Information

Location: Hybrid (Cypress, CA preferred; partial remote OK)

Employment Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Compensation: $17–$25/hour or project-based (DOE)

Start Date: November–December 2025
