Job Description

THS Creative is hiring seasonal contract talent for our Post-Production team to support a high-volume period of commercial image editing. This role is on-site and collaborates directly with our production team to deliver clean, accurate, and consistent imagery.

Responsibilities

• Retouch and clean product/lifestyle photos in Adobe Photoshop (dust, scratches, edge cleanup, liquify as needed)
• Perform color correction, tonal balancing, compositing, background cleanup, and perspective fixes
• Prepare final production files to studio specifications (color space, resolution, cropping, output formats)
• Maintain consistent file naming, layer hygiene, paths/clipping, masks, and organized folder structures
• Communicate progress/blockers and hit daily/weekly deliverables in a fast-paced studio environment
• Flex for occasional overtime or weekend work when needed during peak volume

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and professional retouching workflows
• Strong eye for detail, color accuracy, and composition
• Ability to work efficiently on high-volume sets while maintaining quality standards
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with on-site collaboration in Greensboro, NC

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with Lightroom, Capture One, or Bridge
• Background in commercial/e-commerce retouching (furniture, home décor, or similar)

Work Schedule & Pay

• Seasonal contract; schedule varies by workload; occasional OT/weekends possible
• Compensation discussed during interview process based on experience

Assessment

Finalists will complete a short photo-cleaning test to verify skill and attention to detail.
