Job Description

That’s No Moon is an independent studio of storytellers and game-makers dedicated to creating narrative-driven AAA experiences. We are seeking a Producer to manage and deliver key aspects of a AAA action-adventure game. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of hard project management and soft people skills to guide large teams in adhering to a vision, maintaining scope and schedule, while supporting work/life balance and company values.

Responsibilities

• Update and manage plans, schedules, and task tracking across features, departments, and milestone deliverables.
• Collaborate with production and development leadership for decision making aligned with project goals and company values.
• Monitor team and project health, communicating risks to leadership.
• Connect departments to eliminate roadblocks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Align departmental needs with project requirements, converting them into actionable project plans.
• Compile productivity data from the production tracking system to create steering reports.
• Provide clarity on new deliverables or innovations in departments.
• Suggest and facilitate improvements to production processes.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in Project Management or Business Administration.
• Proficiency with Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid, or similar tasking software.
• Ability to adapt and switch focus between different departments as project demands change.
• Preferred background or capability in data analytics.
• Adaptive skills to utilize formal or informal strategies for project success.
• Familiarity with managing budgets and resource plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as an Associate Producer or Project Manager in a multi-department environment or equivalent experience.
• Strong time management skills in a fast-paced, technically advanced work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• High attention to detail.

Additional Information

This is a temporary “Project Hire” position, with a variable assignment duration. Eligible TNM Project Hire employees can participate in several benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and flexible PTO.

The base pay range for this role is estimated at $98,000 - $124,000. Please note that consideration is only available for candidates in North America at this time.
