Job Description

Peerspace, the leading online marketplace for venue rentals, is seeking a 3-4 month contractor for the role of Senior Digital Marketing Designer. This is a part-time position requiring 30 hours a week, with a compensation of $70-90/hr based on experience. The candidate will report to the Director of Design and collaborate closely with the marketing team. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, executing, and delivering marketing designs that align with Peerspace’s brand and campaign goals, particularly in the luxury travel and experience space.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design deliverables for marketing initiatives, from concept through production and delivery.
• Combine strong visual design with effective copywriting to communicate campaign ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing managers, taking feedback and articulating design reasoning.
• Ensure creative work aligns with Peerspace’s brand standards.
• Present concepts and campaign designs, integrating feedback efficiently.
• Manage deadlines and communication in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Maintain organized files and design assets for the marketing team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design roles.
• Strong written communication skills to craft marketing copy enhancing visual storytelling.
• Ability to develop campaign concepts and produce high-quality creative across digital channels.
• Expertise in Figma, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with brands in the luxury, lifestyle, or travel space.
