We are seeking experienced digital marketing professionals to educate and empower students globally while working remotely on a flexible schedule. Mentoring involves inspiring newcomers to build, problem-solve, and think like a marketer.

Requirements

To succeed in this job, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Drive to pass on knowledge and expertise to the next generation of Digital Marketers
• Portfolio showcasing experience, technical ability, core strengths, and examples of professional projects (if possible)
• Professional references may be required
• Previous experience in mentorship or tutoring is preferred
• Fluency in English
• For the Mentor role: Experience in the field as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager/Strategist, with a demonstrable track record
• For the Tutor role: 2+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., digital/web Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Analyst, Junior/Mid-level Marketing Specialist)

Knowledge in the following areas is required for both roles:

• SEO best practices
• Traffic and conversion data and PPC
• Performance metrics implementation and analysis
• Google Adwords campaigns
• Paid and organic social promotion
• Landing pages and user funnels
• Website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Content Management Systems, Photoshop, InDesign
