Job Description

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to build a comprehensive AI engine to support our SEO operations. This is a full-stack role: you will handle everything from data collection and model design to integration with SEO tools and creating a user-friendly interface. The project begins with developing an MVP and will continue with iterative improvements over three months. Exceptional candidates may continue long-term as we expand our AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deploy an AI-powered system to automate and enhance SEO tasks, including keyword research, content briefs and meta tag generation, competitor analysis, backlink monitoring, SEO audit summaries, and performance dashboards.
• Integrate AI engine with existing SEO tools/APIs (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, OpenAI API).
• Build and manage data pipelines for training custom models and processing SEO analytics.
• Develop a simple dashboard/interface for internal team use.
• Collaborate with the agency team to ensure outputs meet business needs.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python or equivalent.
• Experience with API integration and web scraping.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and digital marketing metrics.
• Ability to build end-to-end AI solutions (data collection → model → dashboard).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience developing AI tools for marketing or SEO.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and content generation.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for internal dashboards.

Compensation

Projected Total Compensation: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month.
