Job Description

Apply to act in an amateur music video for Skrdycat’s newest trap metal release: ‘To The Grave’. Filmed in Portland, OR, we need a driver for one scene and 5-10 background actors for the group scenes. You’ll get to act spooky, support local art, eat free food, and have your name in the credits. The driver will be paid $25 for a 1.5 hour scene, while group scenes are unpaid, aimed at anyone interested in being part of a fun project!

Requirements

Duties:

  • DRIVER: Participate in a scene that will take 1.5 hours to shoot in Portland, OR. You’ll be driving past the lead actor quickly as they pretend to step into the street. We need someone comfortable behind the wheel who can use their own car, and we will cover the plates. Feel free to message with questions!
  • GROUP SCENE: The scene will take 4 hours to shoot in Portland, OR. Dress code is 1920’s casual or evening wear. Any color clothing is acceptable, as the video will be shot in black and white. Feel free to add a top hat, cane, or old-timey umbrella! The choreography will be simple, including scenes of walking backwards in the street, bursting hands through a sheet behind the lead actor, and briefly chasing the lead actor through the street.

Skills:

  • No experience necessary!
  • Seeking individuals interested in Portland’s art and music scene.
  • Open to amateur actors, musicians, dancers, and models.
  • Ages 21-35.

Filming is scheduled for Sunday, November 23, 2025.
