Location: Remote (UK/EU time zone preferred)

Engagement: Freelance / Part-Time (Project-Based, TBC)

About the Role: STYRKR is a fast-growing performance nutrition brand trusted by endurance athletes worldwide. We’re looking for a freelance CRM specialist to manage and optimise our Klaviyo email marketing activity — from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and send approx. 4 Klaviyo email campaigns per week.
• Manage the full campaign process: ideation, briefing, design coordination, scheduling, QA, and reporting.
• Optimise deliverability, open rates, CTR, segmentation, and conversions.
• Translate briefs and marketing goals into engaging, on-brand campaigns.
• Provide recommendations on messaging, layout, and performance improvements.
• Be responsive during working hours for urgent edits or approvals.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience with Klaviyo and email campaign management.
• Strong grasp of CRM KPIs and optimisation best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Figma or basic design tools a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in D2C, sports, or wellness brands.
• Understanding of retention marketing and lifecycle automation.
