To achieve their ambitious goals, Superhuman is looking for a proactive and product-obsessed Staff Motion Designer to join their Brand Creative team. This role will drive and contribute to bold, expressive storytelling about their products and the customers who use them. You will be expected to be a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for exceptional creative outputs and an interest in emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize brand and product storytelling through motion by developing creative concepts and visual storytelling solutions for product launches, brand campaigns, explainer videos, and marketing assets.
• Design and animate with exceptional craft, creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms, websites, social media, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as product, marketing, UX/UI, and engineering teams to ensure motion design enhances user experience and aligns with project goals.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all motion design work is consistent with established brand standards.
• Lead and mentor junior motion designers and other creatives, providing art direction, feedback, and guidance.
• Stay updated on cutting-edge technology by researching and implementing emerging motion design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Pitch creative ideas by presenting motion concepts and storyboards to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind creative decisions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges for this position are expected to be between $210,000- $250,000/year (USD), with variations depending on location and other factors.
