Job Description
REALTIME is on the lookout for a number of Freelance Senior Animators to join one of our existing projects. We are seeking talented Senior Animators with a breadth of experience in both Mocap animation and keyframe animation to help deliver an exciting Games project. This role is suitable for individuals who can showcase a background in delivering motion capture focused productions, create forward-thinking and captivating animations, and effectively manage their workday to adhere to agreed timelines.
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide array of Mocap driven character animations.
- Assist and deliver quality animation based on creative briefs.
- Deliver against client requirements and ensure creative continuity across projects.
- Attend dailies to ensure that work delivered is to schedule and meets client expectations.
Requirements
- Expertise within using Maya to create engaging animation performances.
- Experience working with Mocap data is essential.
- A strong technical background in Maya with efficient rigging knowledge is desirable.
- Deep understanding of animation within visual effects for games/film/television.
- Experience as a Senior Animator within a VFX/Animation studio.
Additional Information
The role requires a proactive approach to animation and the ability to respond quickly to feedback to maintain project momentum.
