Job Description

U-GRAND studio is seeking a talented and creative Professional Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a passionate individual who can capture stunning visuals and create engaging video content that tells a story. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both photography and videography, with proficiency in various editing software to enhance the final product. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver high-quality images and videos that exceed their expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography and videography with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of color management, color theory, photo editing, photo manipulation, art direction, filming techniques, and video production processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in journalism or storytelling through visual media is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various projects, including events, portraits, and promotional materials.
• Edit and manipulate images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other relevant software to achieve desired results.
• Manage post-production processes, including color correction, video editing using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, and ensuring all content meets brand standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends in photography and videography to continuously improve skills and techniques.
• Assist in social media management by creating visually appealing content that engages audiences across platforms.
• Participate in sales efforts by presenting portfolios to potential clients and discussing project ideas.
