Job Description
We’re looking for a creative videographer and content creator who can capture HGTV-style transformations – the “wow” moments, the process, and the personalities behind our work.

What You’ll Do
- Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that highlight our before-and-after transformations and the artistry of painting
- Create HGTV-inspired storytelling: homeowner reveals, color consultations, “a day in the life” of our painters, and educational tips for choosing colors
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage of our team on job sites and in the community
- Edit and deliver polished, branded content optimized for social media
- Collaborate with our marketing lead to plan content calendars and ideas
Requirements
- Based in or near Houston, with reliable transportation
- Experience shooting and editing vertical short-form content
- Portfolio or links to prior work required
- Great eye for lighting, storytelling, and pacing (think HGTV mini-episodes)
- Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
- Creative and comfortable giving direction on camera
- Strong communication and punctuality
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with home improvement, interior design, or lifestyle storytelling
- Drone footage or gimbal experience
- Familiarity with social media posting tools (Meta Suite, TikTok scheduling)
