Job Description

Seven Ventures Group is a business services collective that provides operations, marketing, brand strategy, and accounting support for wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. We are managing creative needs for multiple clients, including boutique catering brands and wellness-focused businesses. We are seeking a freelance photographer and videographer to create high-quality photo and video content for social media that brings these stories to life.

We have a growing partnership with Studio89, a performance and wellness hub co-founded by former Seattle Seahawk Doug Baldwin Jr. and wellness strategist Madeline Down, which offers additional creative opportunities as our client roster expands.

Requirements

• Experience producing social-first photo and video content, especially for service-based or wellness brands
• Proficient with your own DSLR or mirrorless camera and editing tools including Adobe Suite, Canva, or Final Cut
• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to shoots
• Clear communication, time management, and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable directing real clients and capturing authentic, brand-aligned moments
• Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for planning, capturing, and delivering high-quality photo and video content that drives engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and more.

• Capture short-form video including Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes, and testimonials, along with lifestyle photography
• Plan and execute on-brand content based on current campaigns or service offerings
• Create shot lists, creative briefs, and timelines as needed
• Travel locally to capture content primarily in the Bothell area and surrounding communities
• Organize and deliver edited content in agreed-upon formats for each client
• Work with our creative and strategy team to ensure brand alignment

Compensation

• $1,000 to $1,200 per month based on scope of work, volume of clients, and deliverables
• Optional access to unlimited wellness membership through some client projects
• Potential for increased hours and compensation as new clients are onboarded
