Requirements

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

• Proven Zoho Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with a strong command of the Zoho One ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Books/Inventory.
• Deluge Proficiency: Strong experience in writing and deploying custom functions using Deluge script.
• Requirement Gathering Prowess: A proven track record in leading client discussions and documenting clear, actionable requirements.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues and design scalable solutions.
• Exceptional Communicator: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• AI Awareness: Currently working on AI applications development using varying frameworks or orchestration tools.
• Front-End Knowledge: Basic proficiency in HTML and React for building custom widgets and enhancing user interfaces.
• Cross-Functional Aptitude: Experience with or an aptitude for learning other major CRM/ERP platforms like Hubspot.
• Integration Knowledge: Understanding of various integration frameworks that Zoho offers and middleware solutions such as N8N, Logic Apps, AWS, etc.
• An Appetite for Growth: A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and take on new challenges.
• Consulting Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting role is a significant advantage.
• Zoho Certification: Official Zoho certifications are highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult & Gather Requirements: Lead discovery sessions and workshops with clients to understand their business processes and goals, translating these insights into functional and technical requirements.
• Architect & Implement Solutions: Design, configure, and implement integrated solutions using Zoho One applications.
• Automate & Customize: Develop custom workflows and advanced automation rules using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Systems: Connect Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Empower & Support: Provide ongoing client support, troubleshooting issues, and creating training materials.
