VR Prototype of Immersive Dome Restaurant

We are looking to build a virtual prototype of a 30 m x 30 m hemispherical restaurant that can play both 360° and standard 2D video content adapted for immersive dome viewing. The deliverable will be a walkable virtual reality experience that realistically represents seating, sightlines, lighting, and audio-visual behaviors within the dome. An important feature is the capability for live video input via camera or network stream, so we can preview and test real-time video mapping inside the virtual space. Our goal is for the VR application to enable staff to load and play new 360° and 2D content easily, with a clean operator UI and without ongoing engineering support. We need an engineer who can design and implement the entire technical pipeline, advise on hardware and software decisions for future deployment, and provide thorough training and clear documentation so our team can operate the system independently. Final deliverables will include both a VR application and a desktop preview version, operator tools for managing video inputs and playback, content samples, live input demonstration configuration, full documentation, training materials, and a post-handover support window. All work will be for hire, with relevant source files and rights transferred on completion.
