We’re passionate about reaching our community and helping people encounter the life-changing presence of Jesus. To expand our reach, we’re looking for a skilled Google Ads Manager who can help us share the message of hope with more people online via Google Ad Words and the Google Grant for nonprofit entities.
The Google Ads Manager will create and manage paid search campaigns to connect people in our community with our services, events, and resources. This role is perfect for someone who loves using their marketing and technical skills to make an eternal impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy, ad performance tracking, and ROI optimization.
- Creative thinker who can write compelling ad copy that aligns with our mission.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of the Google Grant is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns to promote church services, outreach events, and online content.
- Perform keyword research and write ad copy that inspires action.
- Optimize ads for maximum reach and conversions while staying within budget.
- Track campaign performance and provide clear, easy-to-read reports for church leadership.
- Stay informed on Google Ads updates and apply best practices for churches and nonprofits.

- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 4 per week
